My Values
The definition of values can be categorized into either “Personal Preference Values” or“Principle Values.”
Preference Values reflect personal inclinations and choices, which are subjective and subject to change – malleable. As life circumstances change, preference values are more than likely to be adjusted to suit. For example, having a college education may be highly valued at one point in life, but not as much at another point.
In contrast, Principle Values reflect foundational virtues; that which relates to ideal modes of character. For example, “To Be” honest, kind, compassionate, and responsible.

Plot your 3 gold values, 6 silver values, 3 bronze values (mix and match selection as you desire) on the target.
The close to the bulls eye, the closer your actions have been in alignment with your value.
